I guess you know that they come in 17 different shades of shimmer and matte finishes.
Well Karnak The Magnificent. , did you know they have a shadow called "Taupe"? That is so close to the definition of taupe that there are no other words to describe the color other than TAUPE.

Not so shocking the 5th time. I get it. You are road warriors of taupe eye shadow. Nothing surprises you anymore.Fine.
Then I guess you know that they retail for about $14, but you can find it cheaper on Evilbay, like I did, for about $6.
I guess you, Ms. "Taupe Know It All", understands that this soft, silky, creaseless, non fading formula can be used wet or dry.
I guess there is nothing else to say.

ReplyDeleteThey used to have a palette with 8 beautiful neutrals, unfortunately I didn't buy it right away and now it's not available anymore. I'll have to cheer myself up with that taupe, then.

ReplyDeleteSee this is my definition of taupe. It truly looks grey and brown. Synchronized in a buttery harmony. It's not a mostly silver taupe it is a taupe for the colorblind because it's so shockingly TAUPE and you know it's daupe.

This color is gorgeous!! I am feeling you on the taupe-love. I don't know if it's just my monitor or what but that swatch looks a tid bit like it had a green sheen, similar to Too faced label whore, Hip's Intrepid or MAC green brown pigment or Club e/s, but a little more toned down than those? Is it just me or does it look that way IRL?

Lorraine ER - No there is no green whatsoever in this shadow. It might be time for a new monitor...and a new taupe shadow! LOL
