I believe we all know what a liquid liner fanatic I am. Heck, in 99% of my eye of the day shots I am wearing a liquid liner of some sorts. Well my dears. I have finally found THE ONE. The Keanu Reeves Matrix THE ONE. I'm talking about The Liquid Liner that I will be buried with. That liner is not a Chanel cake liner, much to everyones surprise, I think. Cake liner is great and all, but since I'll be dead soon enough, I don't have any time to waste with mixing mediums. I need a liner that is ready to go. I NEED Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner.
I have very limited time in the morning. Messing with mixing mediums and getting the right consistency with a cake liner is better suited for an evening out when I can have some leisurely makeup time. But at 5:15 AM I need something I can swipe on and go. I also need something that will last a good 12 hours on my eyes and it has to be waterproof. Why waterproof? Because I demand it and so it shall be...oh yeah, and I have allergies that make my eyes water.
I know you liquid liner N00bs are quaking in your heels at the thought of swiping on a liquid liner in haste, but I tell you what. I have been doing this for decades. Practice is key, but practice alone won't make you adept at using liquid liner. If you don't have the right tools you might as well give up. The Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner is that tool that will help you achieve that perfect winged liner look.
Let me explain.
The new Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner has a waterproof formula and it deposits pigmented color with a fine tipped brush that it’s almost impossible to mess up. The slim pen features an easy to control brush tip made for N00bs and for the more experienced liquid liner connoisseur! One can draw micro thin lines to thick lines of color and don't forget the eponymous winged cat eye! You see? It's easy peasy!
What do I like about this liner
a) It has an amazing brush that makes it easy to apply and the brush handle is the perfect length
2) It is waterproof
iii) It dries quickly so no smudging or lid transfer
What I don't like about this liner.

*tumbleweed drifts across this post*
There isn't anything I don't like about this liner.
Do you need this? DUH! Does a man need a TV remote? Of course you need this. Best of all, the Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner comes in a bevy of bold pigmented colors. You know me. I prefer the black liner look so I picked up Perversion ( a carbon black...oh and what a perfect rich neutral toned black this is. It neither leans blue or red. it is the ideal black!)
Look at what awesome colors you can get!
Bobby Dazzle - sparkly, bright pearl
Revolver - sparkly, dark grey
Demolition - deep, matte brown
Sabbath - deep, matte navy blue
El Dorado - sparkly, canary gold
Siren - sparkly, mermaid tail blue/green
Perversion - carbon black
Smog - sparkly, golden medium brown
Radium - bright, sparkly blue
Woodstock - sparkly hot pink
Retrograde - glittery, deep purple
Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner retails for $18 USD and is available at urbandecay.com, Sephora, ULTA and beauty.com

Woodstock i so cool!
ReplyDeleteOOOOOO. Something made stupid-proof (aka Sara-proof!)!? I NEED! I want it in navy and black...and maybe purple (because purple always goes great with green eyes [IMO]. I do love UD liners and an idiot proof one is right up my alley. Liquid liners tend to intimidate me but if you say this is easy...then I'm sold. Seriously. I'm ditching work and going shopping :D

ReplyDeleteThis looks totally awesome!! I'm a huge liquid liner fan too. I use gel liner the most (I love the Maybelline stuff) then liquid liner, and then I use pencil least often!
