I'm tired, burnt out and uninspired.
I hate to do this, but I need to take a little break from the blog.

HA! Funny thing. I wrote this post. Scheduled it to run on Friday and guess what? My computer died. Seriously. It is dead. That means any photos I had ready to edit for this week are gone gone gone. Yep. Sucktastic. Now I'm hoping it is merely a problem with the power source and my hard drive was not affected by this, but until I can find a way to actually turn on my computer, I guess we are all SOL*. I wonder if my ancient computer knew about the break I intended to take. It is 7 years old and I've pretty much used up all the space in one of the hard drives and I don't have enough memory to run more than two applications at the same time, so maybe it (the computer) decided this was as good a time as any to crap out. I just wish I could have saved the images from my hard drive before it kicked the can. On the bright side, I guess I can post about some skin care stuff since I only need press photos for that....::sigh::
So you might see some random posts from me on some skin care items I have been testing out. I hope you still stick around, because some way or another I WILL be back to my regular posting schedule in 2012!!!

More red lips please! Those are my absolute favorite! I'd also really love to see a review of the Stila liquid lipstick... I've heard great things, but I don't trust it.
ReplyDeleteHey, even bloggers are allowed to take nice long vacations! My 7+ yr old computer also kicked the bucket so I was forced to get a new one and now I can read my favorite blogs faster! lol

ReplyDeleteDo you hear that high whining sound in the background of her post this morning? That's my wallet screaming in agony at the anticipation of buying a new 'puter. But after much wrangling and wrestling, (and a couple of band-aids on my bloodied fingers),I may have managed to wrestle enough cash out to get my Tuchas to the North Pole to, shall we say, "Influence" Santa to help us (or else!). I simply explained to him that Mrs. Claus would be "Less than pleased" if her FAVOURITE Blog, bar none, was going to be down indefinitely, and that he could have helped....So look for news on this soon *WINK, WINK*
