Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner - Review Pictures Swatches

Being a hoor for many things, Taupe shadow, Chanel Blush, etc. I have now found my new Hoor Category in Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliners.  During the last Urban Decay Friends and Family sale I purchased FIVE more liners, bringing my total to six (I had Perversion - Black).  I use all of the liners very often and for many eye looks.  Sadly tho, as luck would have it, I didn't capture every eye look while wearing these liners and I only have three to show you.  But trust me. These are ALL winners.

FIRST
Let me remind you why I love liquid liners from Urban Decay
a) They are waterproof
2) The have the finest brush for precise application
iii) They come in a wide range of colors (Except Green. WTF UD?  Can't a Ho get a green liner?)
*) I am a hoor for liquid liner...just look at my EOTD pictures. I'm wearing liquid liner in almost every one!

OK.  Now that we have established that the UD 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliners are awesometastic. This Liquid Eyeliner has a waterproof formula. It lasts all damn day!  It deposits richly pigmented color using a fine tipped brush.  That brush makes it almost impossible to mess up. This slim profile handle holds a brush that is easy to control, even N00bs will find it makes the perfect line! One can draw micro thin lines to thick lines of color.  The classic winged cat eye will apply with ease using this liner.

SECOND
Let me show you the colors I purchased:

From top to bottom:
Demolition - deep, matte brown
Retrograde - glittery, deep purple
Revolver - sparkly, dark grey
Sabbath - deep, matte navy blue
Smog - sparkly, golden medium brown

Swatches:
Oh yeah baby.  Look at them. So pretty!

THIRD:
Do you NEED these?  YES! If you are a liquid liner hoor like me or if you have always wanted to try liquid liner but were afraid to, this is the one to get.  I SURE HOPE THEY COME OUT WITH A SPARKLY DARK GREEN ONE (hint hint) but for now I am more than satisfied with the colors I have...you know, minus not having an option for a green liner. ::coughUrbanDecayMakeOnePleasecough:: Who am I kidding. They don't read this blog.  I should just write them a letter or something.  But anyway.  I use one of these liners every day and cant imagine living without them.

  1. I want these now! I have been "eyeing" them (pun intended) for a while and having an 18 year old daughter, I think we both would love to have a set!!! Great Job!

  2. I love these! I have smog and the teal one... name is escaping me... lol I wear the smog quite a bit. Normally I like gel liners in the pot, but I break that for UD!

  3. I got retrograde for Christmas from a friend, I was really impressed! It works very well and lasts very long!

  4. Why? Why must you create lemmings? I have Perversion from when I bought Book of Shadows Volume IV, and it was instant love. Now I must own more, and I place the blame squarely on you.

    1. I will accept that blame and I promise to give you more lemmings in the future!

  5. I want Revolver and Smog - they are absolutely gorgeous! I'm looking into getting more colours in liquid eyeliner to use on nights out for a bit of a glamour look and your swatches have definitely inspired me to go for Urban Decay liners!

    1. It flakes on you? Wow. I have only had that happen when I'm nearing the end of the day. Are you shaking up the color b4 you apply it? :-(

  7. I only have Perversion, but it is so great and I've been lemming Retrograde. I fell asleep with my liner on last night and it was perfect when I woke up, not a smudge in sight!

  8. Smog is my jam!! I wear this one at least every other day. I also have Siren (teal), reserved for those extra saucy days! At the rate I use Smog, I may need to purchase a backup.

  9. Holy balls, I want Smog. It reminds me of that MAC Powersurge pencil that everybody loves!

  10. This post could not be more timely for me. I love the liquid liners, and I NEED waterproof. I used to use Almay's liner, then I loved the Sephora liquid liner, and then I think they changed the formula. Right now I've got a Stila liner, but I don't like the felt tip kind. I will have to pick one of these up, because yesterday I accidentally went full Winehouse and had to use those makeup remover q-tips that you break open like a glow stick. Gah. YES, big ol' cat's-eye looks sexy. BUT I work for a CPA firm, and it was NOT a daytime look. Oops.

  11. Hey, I got to your site via Beautylish. I have the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencils, not the liquid ones, and they are my favourites too! Nice blog you have here. Followed via GFC! ;)

  12. May I ask you...what is a "hoor"? I couldn't find it in the dictionary and the closest comparison sound-wise is "whore"and I'm just guessing that isn't what you were trying to say...

    1. I was saying what you thought I was saying. Hoor. It's the Estonian spelling for whore.

  14. NOW, ladies of Urban Decay love, tell me how I get it off my face without bleeding?!??! I used six cotton balls with oil-based remover and it balled up and stuck in my lashes. I bought Demolition, and love it, but am afraid I can only wear it when I am fleeing to an emergency vacation and can't take any remover. Like I feel like I can't get it off my face. Help!
