Now. On to the actual Lip Creme itself!
This highly pigmented lip creme comes in a neutral/blue based red that is THE perfect pop of color for any skin tone. Remember. ANYONE can wear red lipstick.
Le Metier de Beaute Lip Cremes are similar in concept to Dior Lip Cremes, however the Le Metier product is longer lasting and requires far less touch ups throughout the day. You will get the high shine of a gloss with the opacity and long wear of a lipstick in one product. The Le Metier de Beaute Lip Creme in Red Velvet is scented but it does not linger once applied. It also seems to have no flavoring, which I like very much. The rich, emollient formula, infused with vitamins and anti-oxidants made my lips feel soft and smooth. However, the creamy and non sticky texture was what makes this product especially wonderful to me!

I purchased Corinthian and pre-ordered the Aurora Kaleidoscope. I tried Red Velvet when I got home and I really like it.

DeleteI really wanted this, but I've never bought any of their stuff, so I wasn't going to start now with an online order and just chance it. Not at the $125 level.
ReplyDeleteBut I did place a decent size Armani order and got both the N-M Beauty Event gift bag and the Armani GWP. From Armani I got a replacement Gloss d'Armani in 600 (shimmery pink-plum), two Eyes to Kill (Pulp Fiction and Rock Sand), an eyeliner in Emerald, and the gorgeous #406 Rouge d'Armani from the fall line. The Neiman bag wasn't that exciting to me, though the tote itself is nice. But the Armani GWP is fantastic -- a really nice makeup bag filled with good size samples of skin cream, primer, foundation, and illuminator, a roll-on perfume, and full size lip and eye pencils (later versions had slightly different stuff). Very happy with that one.
I can not wait to get my hands on this!! =) A friend and I bought 300 dollars worth of LMdB so we can split the GWP - she wanted the cleanser and I wanted this lip creme! haha :)
