Concealer photographs so much better with Strobe Cream underneath. Curl lashes, lots of mascara on the middle upper lashes and something pretty and shimmery in the inner corner. My eyes look so small when I&#39;m tired. It adds a sheer brightening effect that works on it&#39;s own or subtly enhances shadows. Voila, perky eyes! :)Glosslizardnoreply@blogger.com
