SH is my favorite RBR eyeshadow, though I actually wish it were more grey. The only reason I can wear it at all is because of the mauve-plum undertones. I would die of happiness if RBR came out with new colors in the lovely satin formula. Delicate Hummingbird is the ideal color for me, but I just can't do duochrome sparkle eyes at work!

Hahah, I love your little addition with your reference. Also, how dare you not use the APA style for referencing sources?!?! I mean, according to my latest graduate studies, that's the only thing allowable in our field!!!!!!!

Also, my employer pushes the Six Sigma like no other. Haven't taken it myself though since no department wants to pay for it.

And now to the gorgeous shadow. I will look from afar because I can't let myself spend that much on an eyeshadow even with the 20% off through whenever in February the code is good for.
