I am so excited to bring you the first look at the brand new, exclusive to Tysons Galleria Neiman Marcus, Le Metier de Beaute Lip Creme in Cebu. Why I have not received any press on this, found any press on this or seen any other blogs covering this exclusive lip creme is a travesty. This, my dear readers, is the ULTIMATE Pink lip gloss with golden shimmer that I have been looking for since Dior discontinued my addict lip gloss back over 15 years ago. This is the lip gloss color combination I keep trying to recreate with other glosses (and failing miserably at, I might add). This, beloved readers, IS the Pink Lip Gloss You have been looking for.

First, to understand the background of this lip creme, you really need to understand Lisa Corsino the creator of this color. Lisa is the Le Metier de Beaute Product Specialist at the Tysons Galleria Neiman Marcus. Lisa has many years of experience in cosmetics, but I believe her abilities and creativity has really flourished since she has been working with Le Metier de Beaute. Lisa is a stunning woman, with beautiful golden skin and almond shaped eyes. Her fine features are the perfect canvas to Le Metier de Beaute's fine cosmetics. She has beautiful long black hair and one of the nicest dispositions you will ever encounter from a Product specialist at Neiman Marcus. She is always positive and happy and she seems unflappable. Her color recommendations are always spot on and she is so incredibly helpful without being intimidating. She just makes you feel good about your purchases. It's really is a pleasure to have her at my local Neimans Counter.

About the exclusive Le Metier de Beaute Cebu Lip Creme, Lisa said,
"I was inspired to name Cebu Lip gloss from one of the 7,107 islands of the Philippines, particularly in the region where I'm from. It is one of the most popular vacation destinations in the Philippines. Cebu is known for it's modern city, countless white sand beaches, and historical sites. The Cebu lip gloss evokes the warmth and beauty of this exotic island."

Was she ever right. Sadly I have only visited the Philippines in photographs, but from what I have seen and read, this lip creme embodies the warmth and sunshine of this exotic location while also paying homage to the beautiful flora and fauna of the region.

As lip cremes go, Le Metier de Beaute lip cremes are wonderful. They are not overly sticky, but not too slippery either. They lie in that "Goldilocks Zone" I like to call it. Not too sticky, not too slippery, not too waxy, not too anything. it's Juuuuust Right! The color wears for a decent amount of time, but if you are drinking or eating you will want to touch up.

The color. Oh the color is divine. This is a sweet warm pink with a slight mixture of melon and fuchsia undertones that makes it perfect for so many different skin colors. I think the gold infused shimmer is what gives this lip creme depth and that chameleon like quality to work with so many different people. On me, The Le Metier de Beaute Lip Creme in Cebu is a sweet almost cherub like pink with warm golden tones that gives it a level of sophistication perfect for a date or even to wear at the office. On someone darker this lip creme would provide that perfect pink metallic gold lip that shows off golden or olive skin so seductively!

Do you NEED this? Duh! Does a coconut need at tree? Does a fish need water? Does Barbie need shoes? YES! YES! A Thousand Times YES! Here is how you get it. Call today, while supplies last. The Le Metier de Beaute Lip Creme in Cebu retails for $36 USD. You can call the creator, Lisa Corsino at Neiman Marcus Tysons Galleria at 703-761-1600 ext. 3306, or you can call Kathy Shoreman at 571-533-4972 and place your order over the phone.
BUT WAIT!
THERE'S MORE!

Well... I would love to try that there lip palette. It looks gorgeous. Other that that I have been lusting after the Ecumes D'or Lip Kaleidoscope. Everything there looks amazing though.

ReplyDeletePerilouslyPale = awesome.
DeleteI haven't tried any, but the more I see the more I want!!
ReplyDeleteALways wanted to try brands like LMdB! I've dabbled in the bigger name high end brands like Chanel and YSL but I've got to get more into brands like this.
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhhhhhhhh, that's gorgeous! My fave LMdB product (so far) is the Come One Come All Kaleidoscope.
ReplyDeleteI have not use a Le Metier de Beaute product before but I would like to try their lip cremes!
ReplyDelete~~~THANK YOU FOR THIS GIVEAWAY~~~
I have not used Le Metiier de Beaute before, but I would love to try their eye and lip Kaleidoscope.
ReplyDeleteI became wary of pink-with-gold glosses after that debacle with NARS' *horrible* Orgasm lipgloss (sticky, smelly, UGLY) but hearing you rave so about this one... might have to give it a go. And it does look good on you, so maybe...
ReplyDeleteI have a few LMdB products. Their quality is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteGORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI have never tryied anything from LMdB, but eyeshadows and lip creams look sooo wonderful...
ReplyDeleteNo, I haven't tried any of the LMdB products yet. Their Eye Kaleidoscops look really fantastic and I would love to try them.
ReplyDeleteI have avoided LMdB as I am afraid of another cosmetic addiction- my current Chanel and Dior addictions are already too costly :) I can never resist a good lippie- would love to try their lip cremes. Thanks for the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteMy debit card hates you, Elvira. ;p
ReplyDeleteI've never tried LMdB. It's just too expensive for my budget, but their products look so amazing. If I was to try something of theirs, it would be this Lip Creme. Except for the gold sparkles being a bit bigger, I swear this is a dupe for my favorite lip gloss of all time, UD's Lip Gunk in Burn Out. Darn my luck to finally find a dupe of that gloss & it costs almost $40. :-(
ReplyDeleteWow, I've never tried LMdB before, but that pallette looks amazing! I'd love to try any of their makeup. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI have always wanted to try some LMdB, but have always hesitated due to the price. (I'm just a broke grad student, after all!) So I would love a chance to try one of their products!
ReplyDeleteI've never tried Le Metier de Beaute, but this would be a great start! I've always wanted to try them out
ReplyDeleteI've never tried Le Metier de Beaute, but this would be a great start! I've always wanted to try them out
ReplyDeleteYey! The perfect giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI've never tried le Metier de Beaute', But I'd love to start with this lip palette!
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to try Le Metier de Beaute, I've heard great things!
ReplyDeleteI've never tried Le Metier de Beaute, and obviously would love to. The products I'd most like to try are their nail lacquers and lipsticks!
ReplyDeleteI love this gloss, I may have to swing down and purchase one or have it sent to my home, even without swatching it!
ReplyDeletelove your posts!
ReplyDeletei have a lipgloss but it doesn't get as much love as it should
DeleteI'd love to try their Kaleidoscope eyeshadow palettes! I just want to swivel those babies!
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, they don't have LMdB here in Canada so I have never tried it. Definitely would love to try a Kaleidoscope palette.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to try their lip gloss !
ReplyDeleteI have never tried a Le Metier de Beaute product, though that Cebu lip creme looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteI have never tried them, but their eye shadow towers look wonderful.
ReplyDeleteDying to try pretty much everything. This color is so pretty, almost as gorgeous as that limited edition red from the N-M beauty event a few months ago.
ReplyDeleteSeriously dying over here. That lip gloss looks divine!
ReplyDeleteI haven't ever tried this brand, but wow, I'd love to! That is a gorgeous colour!
ReplyDeleteI've never tried them, but the colors look pretty; I've shied away from lip glosses because of that sticky feel, but if there's is missing that, I might start using lip gloss again.
ReplyDeleteOh boy! I would love to have that palette :) Beautiful! Thank you for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteLove LMdB! Thanks for the chance!
ReplyDeleteI have never tried a Le Metier de Beaute product, and I also have been bemoaning the lack of the 'perfect pink' gloss. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteThe gloss looks gorgeous, and I'm sure the palette is too!
ReplyDeleteWow, that's some gorgeous gloss! I have never used a Le Metier de Beaute product, and the gloss is a perfect way for me to start! And it sure looks good one you!
ReplyDeleteI have no Le Metier de Beaute products, but any kaleidoscope product looks amazing, in the eye variety of course.
ReplyDeleteHoly beautiful, Batman! I've not tried any Le Métier but it's on my lemming list for sure- I'd love to be able to still get hold of last springs' (?) Ken's Korals. Thank you for the chance!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
ReplyDeleteA lip gloss color named after one of the islands in my birth country, you say? How can I resist?! It looks fabulous.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite LMdB product are definitely the lip cremes. They are all so gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteLMdB has been teasing me for ages - everything looks so gorgeous but way out of a poor college girl's price range *sob* but I may have to save up my nickles and dimes, because this lip creme is something else!
ReplyDeleteNope, I've never tried LMdB because they're a bit out of my price range... But have *always* been eyeing their eyeshadows (oh dear... no pun intended).
ReplyDeleteDo you think Kathy Shoreman will accept email orders, and payment via Paypal? And send overseas? Sigh.
ReplyDeleteI have never tried any Le Metier products, as we don't have ANY shopping meccas that carry the lovelies, but I sure wish we did ;) If I could try any, it would be their nail polishes, 'cause I'm such a polish hoarder :)
ReplyDeleteI have yet to try a Le Metier de Beaute product, but you are doing a damn fine job of trying to convince me. The gloss is so gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI really need the Cebu gloss just to celebrate my Filipino heritage. Even though my family is from the north, I get excited when I see Philippine themed beauty products! Doesn't hurt that it's an awesome color as well.
ReplyDeleteI've never tried a Le Metier de Beaute product before...but I think I want a blush kaleidoscope. Maybe, one day, if I can ever afford it!
ReplyDeleteI've never tried anything from LMdB before...so i think i'd like to try anything! lol
ReplyDeleteOh, Tyson's Galleria...the mall I avoid because the minute I step in there I feel all the sales associates just know I can't afford anything haha...my coworkers and I always joke that regular people only eat at Cheesecake Factory :)
ReplyDeleteYou've convinced me, though, that I need to get over my insecurities, suck it up, and go get this this lip gloss. Def looks like a must-have!
I haven't tried anything from LMdB, but I'm definitely tempted after seeing pictures of this lip cream. The blush kaleidoscopes look pretty amazing, too.
ReplyDeleteI've never tried anything from the brand (too expensive for a poor college student), but those lip cremes look great!
ReplyDeleteI've never had the chance to try any LMdB products either, but every lip creme and eye kaleidoscope blog post I see just adds to my wishlist. Someday! :)
ReplyDeleteI am wayyyyy too poor to buy any LMdB products, but the cream blushes look absolutely gorgeous
ReplyDeleteJeez, what wouldn't I try from LMdB? Seems like such a great brand, but so out of my price range!
ReplyDeleteThat is an amazingly lovely lip gloss!
ReplyDeleteNo, I have not tried any LMdB products. I'd love to try their Moisture Stain Lipstick, in China Beach.
Thanks for the wonderful giveaway.
I haven't tried any LMdB products YET, but I definitely want to try the Cebu Lip Creme. Since I'm from the Philippines, it's really interesting and flattering to find a product that is named after one of our islands.
ReplyDeleteIve never tried Le Metier de Beaute products but have always heard such great things about the brand. Would love to try this brand, thanks for the lovely giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI've never had the honour of trying this brand. Although I am a die-hard fan of intense lip colour, I'd love to try a kaleidoscope blusher. I'm finally understanding the beauty of a subtle flush, it'd be great to attempt such a feat using something high-end versus my usual spackle approach.
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried any yet. but after all you said, I want that lipstick!!! tks!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful little palate to fit into that summer clutch. What a kind offer
ReplyDeleteI want. No... I NEED that Lip gloss....
ReplyDeleteWould love to try anything to be honest
ReplyDeleteI have never tried the brand but I'd love to!
ReplyDeleteThose are beautiful colors. I have never tried this brand, but always wanted to play with their products.
ReplyDeleteI've never tried their line but since I'm on a gloss kick I'd love to get my hands on theirs.
ReplyDeleteI have never used these products, but they all look so lovely
ReplyDeleteYou've done it again Elvira - what a fantastic review of a great gloss and a great product specialist. I've worked with Lisa for almost two years now and she is the consummate professional! You described her as perfectly as you described the Goldilocks gloss. She knows cosmetics inside and out as she's had a varied career with MAC, Bobbi Brown, Trish McEvoy, and most recently Shu Uemura. So it's fitting she should be with the artistry of beauty line, Le Metier de Beaute!
ReplyDeleteI wanted to let your readers know that if they want Cebu, and need anything else adding up to $85, beginning next week there will be CAMP GORGEOUS at Neiman's, and they can score a great tote bag with samples - a travel-sized Fekkai hair spray, a sample of the Natura Bisse Tolerance Enzyme Peel, LMDB Daliy Replenishing Solution SPF 30, etc. ALSO, there will be a step-up gift at LMDB if you spend $125 - a Bella Bronze set - a liquid bronzer and a compact powder, Traviata. I'll send you a photo.
Love,
Kathy
I love their Quads that swirl!! The pans are huge and the quality is great! Especially when you can handpick your own colors :)
ReplyDeleteI've never had the pleasure of trying any LMdB at all, because they don't have a counter anywhere near me and I won't spend that much without trying (or at least seeing in person). That gloss looks GORG though, and tempts me to break my own rule.
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried any LMdB products because I recently just began my foray into luxury cosmetics. I am always drooling over the kaleidoscope shadows, though.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good blog, and I also enjoy you on twitter!

ReplyDeleteI haven't tried any, but I have been interested in the lip cremes...
ReplyDeleteHave never tried them and I'd love to try out their Lip Gloss especially the Cannes shade because it will definitely make my lips pop.
ReplyDeleteelliya88@hotmail.com
I have never tried anything from them, but I would like to try their True Colour Eyeshadow in River Stone.
ReplyDeleteHey, I tried to leave a comment and now it says I've done it, but I couldn't write anything! So here I am trying once again: I have never used a MdB product and I would love to try their lipstains. The colors look great.

ReplyDeletenever have tried a LMdB product but bloggers have me lusting over the Lip Cremes! thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, I haven't tried any of their products. I live in a fairly rural area, so I'd have to travel and save many, many pennies to get these beauties!
ReplyDeleteMy favourite LMdB item, hmm?! Can I cheat and say the kaleidoscopes? If you insist on holding a gun to my head, it would be Le Cirque (or maybe Come One, Come All). I've not tried as many lip products as I have face and eye, so this palette looks VERY tempting!
ReplyDeletei've never tried them, only seen them reviewed on your website but they do look divine!
ReplyDeletesooooo pretty!i've never used LMdB, but when I no longer spend oodles on diapers (my sons' not mine) I would love to give it a shot!
ReplyDeleteI have yet to try any LMdB. Mainly because the only counter around here is about 45 traffic-laden minutes from my house, and I never think to go there. However, once again, I'm thinking I need to get down there for a visit, as every single review I read about their products gets me lusting.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!!!
The gloss looks gorgeous, and how awesome is that palette?! I've never tried LMDB but am becoming more intrigued by the brand.
ReplyDeleteI have never tried LMDB. The palette looks fabulous. I wonder if it is as amazing as the lip creme?.
ReplyDeleteMy God that shade is stunning! Down lemming down!
ReplyDeleteI've never tried LMdB, but those Kaleidoscopes seem interesting and I love that gloss!
ReplyDeleteI've never tried anything from LMdB, but only because the prices are a bit out of my range. The products that I have seen reviewed here and on a few of the other blogs make my pulse pound and my heart race! As for the gloss, I think it may be the ideal shade of pink.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty!
ReplyDeleteOops, okay, so you had a question to answer. Sorry. I have never tried Le Metier de Beaute. I would like to try The Mediterranean Eye Kaleidoscope - the description on the site is awe-inspiring (Greek gods and everything :) )
ReplyDeleteI have tried le metier eye liner that comes in black, aqua and green and they are fabulous. For $42 a piece, I think they should be. I also absolutely love the lip glosses and lip creams but have yet to try them because of lack of funds. The lip gloss you're giving away is absolutely fabulous and I love the way the colors in the gloss play off each other. I absolutely love it. Thank you for this generous giveaway ad good luck to all.

Nope, I have never tried this brand, but I'm relatively new to makeup. I would love to try their lipglosses!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE LMdB - my favorite items are the two custom Kaleidoscopes I made at my first visit to the counter at Neiman's in Chicago. I also love their bronzer in Sunkissed. It just makes me pretty and glowy with not a bit of orange anywhere.
ReplyDeleteI've never tried this brand before. they look lovely!
ReplyDeleteI have never tried any of the products, but the Precision Liquid Eyeliner is def something I want to try!! Also the lip cremes look gorgeous!!:)
ReplyDeleteI would love to try CEBU, CANNES, DUBAI, BALI & IBIZA. I am a lip gloss fanatic. I rarely wear lipstick because I feel it's so drying on my lips so prefer lip gloss.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I am a BIG FAN of your blogg!! Keep 'em coming Elvira! (I a sis named Elvira) hehe
No, but i've heard that their kaleidoscope eyeshadows are nice
ReplyDeleteLove the peachy pink gloss! Would love to try it!
ReplyDeleteLove the peachy pink gloss! Would love to try it!
ReplyDeletePretty! I want to say I had a nail polish similar to that color, too.
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried any of their products, but the lip glosses sound amazing! I don't usually use glosses because so many are disappointingly gloopy...
ReplyDeleteI have my heart set on one of their eye kaleidoscopes.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to try Metier. We don't have it here and I hear nothing but good things.
ReplyDeleteFirst off, I love your blog. I'm so glad I stumbled upon it.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh that's a beautiful color. It's the perfect shade of pink, I sure love pink, and I love the gold in it. Perfect for summer, but alas the price is too high. I would have a hard time paying that much for a lip creme. I have a hard time spending that much on foundation, and that's usually an item I'm willing to spend a little extra on. I guess I'm just cheap :)
The lip palette looks nice too.
DeleteLove this
ReplyDeletethe shades are so lovely!
ReplyDeletenever tried anything from le métier de beauté but would love to. Sadly I can't find their products here in France
DeleteI haven't tried anything from Le Métier but that lipgloss looks divine! I usually hate summer collections because they're not meant for non-pigmentated people but that shade actually looks universally flattering.
ReplyDeleteI have tried LMdB and am smitten! I think my favorite are the lip cremes and lip glosses. Their staying power and feel are like none other!
ReplyDeleteI have not tried anything.infact i have heard their name first time. But i would love to try their lip palette and lip gloss as i am a lip junkie:)

ReplyDeleteI havent tried any LMdB products yet, but the lipgloss Cebu is so lovely!
ReplyDeleteNo, I have not. The eye Kaleidoscope palettes are so lovely though, my favorite is the Northern Lights/Auroras one. Their gloss in Orange Juiced (I think from the resort collection) is also lovely.
ReplyDeleteThat's a beautiful lip gloss. I've never tried a Le Metier product (mainly due to price), but they seem to have beautiful products. Someday . . .
ReplyDeleteOh, I forgot to say which product I'd like to try! I'd love to try one of the eye Kaleidoscopes. I'm not sure that it would matter which one - they all look so lovely.
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried any of their products I'm usually a dior girl but I'd love to get into their brand :)
ReplyDeleteAs of today, Cebu is sold out :(. I went to pick up the one I bought over the phone and Lisa was taking calls from customers looking for a tube. The shade is perfect...perhaps a few emails to the company are in order to ask for an extended production or better yet, an addition to the permanent line!
ReplyDeleteI've never tried a LMdB product because I don't live near a counter and because it's out of my price range. I'd love to try any of their eyeshadow kaleidescopes. The layering method intrigues me.

ReplyDeleteI haven't even been into a Neiman Marcus (it must be an east coast chain?) but this brand sounds wonderful. I am very trusting of you when it comes to lipsticks (even if I am a lurker most of the time) so I am seriously considering ordering this!
ReplyDeleteI haven't used it, but I'd like to try the noir liquid eyeliner.
ReplyDeleteI haven't used any of their products yet, and have never heard of them---but I'd love to try it!

I love Echo blush! Perfect flush of colour!
ReplyDeleteOh Gosh, I was drooling all over the place browsing through Zuneta the other day, but I couldn't make up my mind! I would so totally grab the eyeshadow in Chameleon one day. It's antique gold so it's very me! I'd also love to try their lip cremes. Looks like top notch stuff! Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeletei have never ever tried Le Metier de Beaute . I would love to try their eyeshadow kaleidoscopes that u rave so much about !
ReplyDeleteI have not tried Le Metier de Beaute. The Cebu gloss looks like it could be perfect for my wedding! or the Lipstick/stain in Sydney or China Beach.
ReplyDelete
